DON'T TRUST their sweet words. I sent 13 boxes from MELBOURNE to BRISBANE and received only 12. The delivery driver had 13 items in his scanner and said it's a partial delivery as HUNTER EXPRESS said in their earlier email. He gave me a number to call and the lady said they scanned 13 items and one should be there in their warehouse and would deliver next day. Now they say they might have collected 12 boxes. If it's so how can they deliver box number 13 of 13. Don't choose Transdirect and Hunter Express again. DON'T be cheated yourself. Please read the terms and conditions. There is hidden sentence of taking your credit card details and take automatic payments for redelivery and excess weight or size depends on their mood without your concent after 2 weeks. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Absolute disgusting service. Booked and paid they weren’t happy with the packaging, repacked and then made to pay again prior to refunding the first payment. Paid for a tail lift in a residential area. Truck too big to even turn in the street turns up with NO tail lift. Call them get told they’ll sort it. 5 1/2 hours later and three emails. No response. Phone them no idea and can’t understand why I’m frustrated. Take your money then blatantly ignore you. Worst service in the country….!!!!!!!!!!! And still 6 hours later no idea what is going on…..

There seems to be a common theme with this company: the service is adequate but they overcharge by using dimensions greater than as-measured. This happened to me. I advise people not to use this company. Despite supplying extensive measurements and photographic proof they were in error, they refuse to refund me. I even offered to take the package to their local depot to get it remeasured, but they declined. They are convinced their infra-red sensor is more reliable than a tape measure. They seem worried about the consequences of admitting their measuring procedure is not always correct.

Shocking company to deal with. Booked a pick up for a parcel I'm sending that had to be at delivered by a specific date. Wait for pick up each day and no-one turns up. Have rung multiple times and just keep being told driver has been confirmed. No refund either.
