I have been taking my utes to traction 4 x 4 for the last 6 years and have had nothing but fabulous service. He's very busy but has always taken time to help me out when I needed it, though he doesn't have much time to chat, well he's busy! I'd recommend him.

No details to share as nobody will answer the phone, been ringing 3/4 times a day for the past 3 business days, no answering machine so the only way I can get thru to you is here. I'm trying to cancel my wheel alignment on Thursday. Hyundai getz 2.30 pm

Dropped into this Mareeba store today looking for a light bar. Would not recommend a visit. The guy behind the desk could not move me on fast enough. After explaining their limited range he told me I could not mount it onto the plastic bumper. Well yeah I knew that, I was looking at mounting it on the frame above the cab. He then told me I needed to ensure the light would be to the front half of the ute. Yeah I got that as well. I got the impression I needed to go away and measure. Ok so I left. He has obviously got a thriving business and in a position to turn away a $600.00 - $800.00 sale. If I had been the sales person I would have grabbed the first tape measure I could find and gone outside with the customer and checked the measurements. I guess the comfy chair behind his desk was the better option.

Good mechanical work and repairs with great customer service. Work done to a very high standard in shop with good customer relations, very excellent value for money.
