Both operators were very tidy and provided good service to my Air Conditioner. Although I did advise them, they didn't clear the blocked overflow outlet under the eaves.

A very helpful man called Peter came to quote. he was very good and helpful to us as we knew nothing about having a/c. The waiting time was short. The people who came were excellent and cleaned up after themselves BEST OF ALL the price was very very good.

I called to organise a quote and it was booked in for a Monday morning. The technician did not show up, and when I called the staff blamed a computer error that it was never booked in. They rescheduled for a Friday morning, and did not show up again! My husband took time off work for this and lost income waiting for them to turn up. I called again and the technician said he received a call to cancel the quote - this was from a completely different person for a completely different job. So he cancelled our visit. He offered to come out again, but i declined. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.

Tozer installed a daikin split system in our front bedroom a few months ago. Straight forward advice on system to install an reminder call before date install. Ontime prompt for day installation and nice tidy job with information after on how to run system. Works fantastic.

Looking at getting air con for next sumer or even now look no further these guys here at Tozer have got some really good deals, they can supply and install air conditioners to your home at a really great price go the reverse cycle and have heating as well. Great working team installing highly recommend.
