What happens when I bring my child to TOTS?
Our service is very individualised to the person, so everyone�s process will look a little bit different. In general, we will make an initial appointment [1 hour in duration] and send out some paperwork to fill in and return prior to your appointment so that we can get to know your child and their situation.
How can I claim for my visit?
We are registered providers through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Helping Children with Autism (HCWA), and the Better Start Initiative (BSI). We have HICAPS facilities to claim private health rebates, and EFTPOS on site. We also work with insurance agencies and other health care schemes as necessary.
