Excellent extremely prompt text advice and turn around professional service with my Victa whipper. I received a detailed explanation and receipt for the problems. The picture is a sample model of my whipper, not the actual whipper

Very poor customer service it been two months and still waiting for them to answer me back. Left emails phone messages ect ect how long does it take to get hold on one part that I need straight away. Never coming back

Purchased a brand new mower a couple of weeks ago. Friendly and helpful staff. They offered a post purchase service which is something you most definitely would not get buying from a department stores. I would definitely recommend this local family business - 5 star!!!
