Ordered and paid for parts. Was told they would be in on certain date. Rang the day after they were due. All staff too busy to talk to me. Eventually dragged someone out to phone. Parts had not arrived. Rang another Kawasaki shop, they checked for me and said no one had ordered the parts I wanted in the last week. It was towards the end of the month. Were they on stop supply? They had 1 chance; they blew it. No decent motorcycle shop in all of Townsville now. Just a bunch of cash register attendants!

Waited 3 weeks for stuff that was never ordered, lied to by the guy behind the counter and then went to pick them up to only be given the wrong bits. Never again will I shop here. Not even 1 star worthy
