Firstly fantastic Doctors , poor admin and business practice , you can't ring and talk to a person , it has to be online , which is very painful , then you are not allowed to actually go to see a doctor if you are actually sick , you have to try and book a telehealth , which is obviously not as good as being seen , have a spot next week for you , that's great , but my child is sick today , and hopefully not next week .

I heard my first name being called by Dr Ruhl Jamal and I got up to go meet him in his office. Unbeknownst to me he was referring to another patient sharing the same first name with me. But the arrogance, rude and condescending way he told I am not the patient he is referring to was appalling. He said to me, you are not Mavis and shooed me out of his office. I was in shock. I was grateful he wasn’t the doctor I was to see. What an arrogant, rude, pompous hick.

Hmmmm…. Booked appointment on the phone and explained it was in relation to traffic crash injuries. I requested a longer appointment expecting that I would have to complete reports etc. 1. Covid check in- they DO NOT use the standard QGov app and you have to fill in a different Covid questionnaire in a web based form 2. I walked to reception desk in obvious pain. I then got told I had to walk back to the check in station which basically meant walking back to the entry again and then come back to the desk. 3. After going to all of the effort (and pain) to complete the checkin and walking back to reception again was promptly asked to provide my Medicare card and DVA card which I had just went to great lengths to enter on the checkin station. 3. While I was standing waiting another patient was offered an iPad to complete the check in so she could sit. 4. I was told that Dr’s probably won’t be able to issue scripts for painkillers etc as they didn’t know me. Last time

Waited half an hour for my doctor. When I finally got in, she was rushed and didnt seem to be really paying attention. Then she asked the reception to book my next appointment. The reception decided to chat with a patient she knew who got to the counter so I waited another 10 mins for her to actually book my appointment which is usually a 2 min job. I'll be requesting my records be sent to another clinic for review.
