Would not recommend this companys service. They have taken the money and havent fixed the problem after 2 attempts and we must pay them for another attempt. The problem has not been fixed in the first place. Be warned.

Friendly and professional business. So glad there are places out there that fix appliances and white goods so you don't need to go out and buy a brand new one! Saved me heaps of money! Thank you Townsville Electronics!

Poorly explained terms and conditions. Poor customer service at the front desk, rushes you into putting a deposit that is non-refundable. Not a good experience, not there to help you and ensure customer satisfaction. Not recommended.

It was explained to the customer that a deposit was required to cover the time we would have to spend on the unit to diagnose the cause of the problem and find parts prices and availability. Unfortunatly the part required was no longer available and we were unable to complete a repair. A detialed report was given so a claim could be made against the manufacture for the parts not being available. Unfortunatly this was beyound our control.
