They told me it had been in the workshop so wasn't in the rain which was rubbish as I actually went over to collect a few things from the car and it was parked in the rain between their workshops. Perhaps the girl who phoned genuinely didn't know as she had been on leave, but don't tell me plain rubbish when I know for a fact it's not true. Seems to me they have no idea what they're doing. Also asked if they replace the ECU, would that solve the problem and couldn't give me an answer. Contact is very poor as well. Promise to get back to you and don't. Needless to say I'm extremely unhappy with TAG and could not recommend them to anyone for repairs.

I rarely give feedback about products or services but I have decided to do it for TAG: I purchased a second hand Mazda MX5 from Brisbane area mid June 2020, so except for the virtual visit, an included RACQ check of the vehicle and a 3 year extended warranty I added, I neither saw it nor did any test drive until I picked it up. I was quite wary to buy a car online but I wanted a specific colour, few kms on the odometer and an automatic transmission, which was hard to find nearby. This car matches the description given by Jade Hall from TAG, was shipped swiftly and works perfectly fine. Probably my best experience when it came to buying a second hand car in Queensland over 13 years.

One star, is one star too many. The worst service I have received in 40 years of driving. I was incorrectly invoiced for work that was not quoted and not authorised. When disputed, my Jeep was held until payment had cleared.
