Just want to say a big THANK YOU to John and the boys from Town and Country Removals. I move on average every 2 years so I have used a few different companies, I have used Town and Country a couple of times now and they are always on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough and always at a very competitive price.

John and the team went above and beyond to help me get my recently purchased kitchen to my door safely. Was heavy and awkward to move but the job was completed without any complaint. Great communication and competitive pricing. Can highly recommend to everyone

John and his team were fantastic from start to finish - helpful and efficient, and happy to go back for a forgotten washing machine! Would highly recommend for any removals job, big or small.

This is the 2nd time we have used John and his team and we highly recommend them. They were incredibly efficient, great value for money and took great care in all they did. Best of all they managed to move some key pieces of furniture that were cumbersome, very heavy and fragile, upstairs and via confined spaces - achieving something we thought wasn't possible. To John & co from Town and Country Removals who made moving house so easy. They were so efficient. Nothing was trouble for them. They did a fantastic job and their rates were reasobable. I woul recommend anyone who needs a remivalist to give Town and Country a call

Moved from a Storage Shed in Kempsey to Port Macquarie. A friend supervised the loading for me in Kempsey whilst I remained in Port Macquarie for the unloading. They were informed of the sizes of the 3 sheds I had and quoted accordingly but the whinging from John was relentless. 'Geez you've got some gear', 'wow these plastics tubs are heavy', 'thought there was a guy with a ute that was helping us'. The guy was my friend supervising the loading and no he wasn't helping to move the stuff as that's what I hired a removalist for. Even stooped so low to say to my son that he'd be in trouble if he didn't start helping. So angry. Then I find after they'd left that on moving my fridge they've damaged the lino flooring in 2 places by sliding the fridge into place. My friend informed me at the end of the day that they'd left quite a bit of stuff behind in the shed. They'd moved it to one shed and I thought they'd go back and get it but I was wrong. I asked John and was informed that no that was my responsibility to organise to move it. So, in the end I've paid for a service I did not receive. I've had to ask my friend again for help. He loaded his large trailer and back of his car and I loaded my car with seats rolled down. Still there is another trailer load plus a car load left. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
