About Town 2 Country Butcher's Supplies

Owned and operated as a family/partnership by Darroll & Tricia Mathers, who between them have a combined 70 years experience in the meat & catering industry. Town 2 Country Butcher’s Supplies is a small independent wholesale supplier of the finest quality products it can obtain for use in all aspects of the meat industry from commercial butchers to homegrown novices. Darroll started in the industry as a wash-up boy in the early 1960s and continued on through his apprenticeship to become a fully qualified shop butcher, slaughterman, and smallgoods maker and travelled throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia plying his trade wherever he set foot, with his wife Tricia in 1992 bought a butcher shop on the Gold Coast and produced some new and innovating ideas in the area such as value adding and custom catering to a lot of organisations, clubs and private functions.
