I'd like to personally thank Mark and his team! We had the pleasure of Toucan do our 7th removal, and this time we had Hayden and Nathan, these boys were so polite, friendly and hard working, we were shocked how professional and fast they were, communicating with us all the way. Two very fine and outstanding young men, with the clear values of Toucan. We never bother to shop for quotes, as this company treat you like a real person and with so much respect. THANK YOU ALL.

Without a doubt , the most professional and competent removal team ever.I had previously paid a fortune to a large company who lost furniture and damaged other items(that I had paid them to pack), but gave me someone else’s items, and even left furniture behind!! Got in touch with Toucan Whocan and had everything collected and delivered from Victoria within days. Make sure you choose a removalist who is a member of AFRA !!!! After a nightmare experience with a large interstate company, Toucanwhocan were BRILLIANT- excellent value, and thoroughly reliable.

Very flexible when your best plans change at the last minute, they were happy to change times. The men worked hard and carefully and were happy to put furniture where we asked, despite obstacles like narrow stairs and dangling lights! Would highly recommend. Great price.

Amazing! Mark was professional in every part of the removal. His removal price was reasonable, we had to move out date forward and he accommodated for that, he was on time for removal, packed the truck well and not an item was damaged. We moved interstate and he was there the next day. Evening going above and beyond to gain access to the property, thanks to the low lying trees, that I couldn’t access. They unloaded quickly and were very professional, wiping their fees before entering the house. Highly recommend!!!! Sarah
