Lauren's response time was excellent, especially when I called him over a weekend during some wild storms. Response time was within a few hours. He's very passionate in what he does and it's reflected in the way he explains the way he approaches his work. I found him to be very friendly and he really wants to get the point across that quality of the finished job is paramount and his ultimate goal.

We were so pleased with the work that was done to restore our 20 year old roof. We had extended on from our home 2 years ago and by having the roof cleaned and painted everything matched exactly. ( We chose "Federation Red" as our colour for our roof ). Lauren and Matt disconnected all the down- pipes to ensure no run off into drains and reconnected when first part of job completed. High quality paint used on roof. We were briefed during the job and so no hidden surprises and they were happy to answer any questions. The roof just shone in the sunlight and looks amazing.
