Classic/Golden Oldie Workshop 28/03/2016. Workshop was fun and I enjoyed the dances. However the venue was definitely the wrong choice. The hall was too small for the number of members attending which meant that the venue was overheated and very uncomfortable to dance. I would be happy to attend workshops every 3 months (?) if the place of venue was reviewed. (What's wrong with Bobby's place? The hall can cater for twice the number of members and the wooden floors are fantastic! No complaiants about the air conditioning!) Another suggestion is I think workshops should be free of charge. Overall I considered the evening to be a success except for the comments I made regarding the venue and the entry fee. After all the club is supposed to be a non profit organisation and workshops and socials should be a night for everyone to enjoy without having to pay.
