Ben was very helpful & understanding (we have just relocated from interstate), it was a real pleasure dealing with him. The tradesman would tell me & show me what he had found. It was a great pleasure dealing with this company. I highly recommend this company, I have certainly found a plumber I'll be keeping their card on the fridge. As for when we got the invoice they are extremely affordable.
