I took my outboard in for a minor repair, it came back requiring major repairs. One of the broken parts was not part of my original motor.

Had the boat serviced for the first time at Tomos today and cannot fault either the technical service or the customer service. Met by Jamie and we went through what was to occur and he reassured me that the service would be thorough and handed back to me ready for the lake. Picked up the boat and again met by Jamie and young Brendan and the full details of issues found and fixed were discussed. I cannot fault this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking at having the boat serviced.

How much do Tohatsu outboards cost?

As the distributor of Tohatsu outboards, all outboards are sold through our dealer network. Each dealer is free to set their own retail price, therefore, you should contact your local dealer to find the actual retail price in your area.

Do I have to use any special type of gas (super unleaded, regular unleaded, etc) in my Tohatsu outboard?

The minimum octane rating that you should use is 87, however, we recommend using gas with an octane rating of 89 or higher.
