Hopeless company. First they say can't access my driveway. Then they say can't find my address. Then they say can't find parcel. All other courier companies deliver daily to my home. Chasing for 7 days now.

Two days in a row IV been notified my item is out for delivery so stayed home from work. Nothing arrived and now they can't find my item.

Absolutely useless overnight parcel takes one month and still waiting for the local depot to locate my parcel. My business has lost thousands due to this mob being unable to deliver a specific part. No communication no response from emails. Call centre is a run around with no direct answers. What a joke.

Need minus stars, worst company to deal with. 6 days of effort on my part and still no parcel and no idea where it is. So inefficient, I will never ever purchase anything from any company that uses Toll.

Absolutely the worst system for arranging to collect a missed delivery. Taken 15 minutes, computer and phone. A simple stamp to contact the depot from which the driver returns his stuff would help. A computer system is for efficiency not to bog everything down.
