Parcel sitting in depot for 2 weeks,rang customer service who arranged for parcel to be delivered the next business day,here it is 10 days later no parcel and they won't hand out the depot number and won't call them for me they just use their message system that obvius none reads.will not use again and will not buy from any company that uses toll.

What a waste of time, they didn't deliver the parcel nor did they leave a card to pick it up. I rang customer service 5 times over three weeks and spoke to someone overseas who told me on four separate occasions that someone from TOLL would contact me by email or SMS which never eventuated. In the end all I was asking was the address in Darwin and I could attend myself to pick it up as it showed it had been scanned into Darwin depot on 4th October (today is 3rd November) but they wouldn't or couldn't give me the address. Finally today a TOLL representative called me back and informed me of the address to pick it up which is at East Arm some 20-30 minute drive from Darwin!! In this day of tracking technology what a terrible service.

This is the worst company ever. Parcel been sitting in Darwin for nearly 10 days unable to collect. Called multiple times saying will receive text within 24-48 hrs to no avail.

My package has been sitting at the depot for a week now. The day after it arrived there I called asking if it was being delivered that day (to make sure I would be home). They said no it needs to be sorted so should be Monday (it was Friday at this point). I asked to collect it that day instead as it’s my sons birthday present. Was told sure, she collected my details and at the end says “they’ll be in contact in 24-48 hours”… I said ahh, no I wanted to get it today.. if that’s the case I’ll have it delivered. She said she put a rush on it. Monday same thing, called up was told they’re putting a rush on it. Tuesday same thing was told they’re putting a rush on it, Wednesday nothing and it’s still sitting at the depot.

I would never willingly use this company- parcel is delivered while there was no one home so organised a re-delivery for the next day when I was not in work but nothing shows up. Called them to see when it would be arriving to which they advised it is not out for delivery so requested it to be delivered after 3.30 the next day to which this was agreed. Get a text the next morning saying this time can't happen. When I call them they give me the option to come and collect it from their depot which is 25 minutes drive away from the city and closes at 4pm or to get it delivered to an alternative address (unfortunately I don't work in the same spot all day) or their next solution was to get it returned to sender. Advised that I could be home if I knew roughly what time it would be coming at but no they can't even do that. If I could give them 0 stars I would and I can guarantee I will not be purchasing anything that is delivered by them again. Worst customer service and stupid processes.

They had flew my parcel from Melbourne to Adelaide. It sat in Adelaide for nearly 2 weeks even though it is toll “priority” supposed to be a few days. After arguing on the phone with them it arrived in Darwin the following day. I had a message at 11:30 saying it was out for delivery, I get home from work nothing is here I check the update status. They went back to the depot? Because they didn’t have enough time to deliver? Annoys me they had nearly 6 hours to deliver and didn’t? So pathetic of toll. They aren’t a good company

Poor delivery quality, item delivered to some other address I guess so...and when trying to contact customer service, they are misleading with their number options, either they say it's not their department or they make us wait with their music..very very very poor delivery quality as well as customer service quality...only we lost our money, item and time to contact some professionally irresponsible persons .

Worst company ever....seriously! If you are going to order something and TOLL is the delivery company - just don't order it. Only deliver on weekdays while you are at work. Close at 4pm so you can't pick up your item after work. Not open Saturdays. No local number for the warehouse so you go to the national line. You wait forever and they have incorrect options on the phone line so you when you finally reach someone they tell you that you have gotten through to the wrong area. They transfer you...you wait even longer. Then the line picks up and.........silence before they hang up the phone on you. The Depot is in the industrial wharf....miles away from anywhere. I repeat - if you are going to order an item and identify that TOLL are the freight company, save yourself the grief and DO NOT ORDER IT! If i could rate them negative stars then i would.

Toll is the worst delivery service in Darwin- they literally do not attempt delivery they just place a card in the letter box and drive off. I work from home AND we are in lockdown and I still end up with delivery attempted cards in the letterbox. Its infuriating as their re-delivery service is also terrible and they do the same thing. I have had to drive to East Arm many times just to make this circular process stop. Terrible Terrible service- whenever an item says it ships with Toll I reconsider my purchase.

The worst shipping company by a long shot. Waiting for my expensive e-scooter which is taken weeks to arrive and is now sitting in the warehouse (apparently going by what the company seller told me). It should have been delivered to me over a week ago. I called Toll up where you end up in a call centre in India who were totally useless not to mention unhelpful. They said an investigator would call me that afternoon but they didn't. This is typical of the company. The sooner they go bust the better so people don't have to use these bludgers who I'm sure make your life even worse when put in a complaint.... People please stop using this company as they are the worst and cause so much angst and anxiety because they are so slow, lazy and totally hopeless as a freight/shipping company.

Had a delivery guy today from Toll pull up at the same time as myself at the house. He had to move so I could enter my driveway off the road as had sleeping baby in car. So he drove off and then returned back beeping hold down his horn angry as I had just parked. Then he storms out and I said hello who's the package for? He said he doesn't know angrily then storms off complaining. So rude! For absolutely no reason P.S. He was too lazy to even check if it belongs to me by the way!

Had 5 packages sent. Had 5 id numbers. Called. Was on the line for 40min and told they did not know where the packages were delivered but were delivered at 1445 in the afternoon to someone called Paul......hopeless

Was almost apprehensive going to depot for pick up because of some bad reviews on another site very strange because these guys and girls couldn't have been nicer, faster, or more helpful .???
