I found the staff at the Gracemere depot quite helpful and very understanding. My parcel wouldn't be delivered to a suburb within Rockhampton city, a serious review of delivery locations needs to be actioned and advise retailers of the locations so customers are not misleading or inconvenienced. Trading hours to collect the parcel from the industrial estate 40mins out of the city are unreasonable.

Vey unprofessional. Still waiting for my order. They make up stupid excuses as to why they haven’t delivered your goods. Their latest Bulls… excuse is that my goods will be delivered if their driver decides to turn up for work. This is not how to run a business. The sooner you go broke the better for all of us.

Paid or a delivery that they now say they don't deliver to my area, where I have been receiving deliveries for at least the last 6 months every 2 or 3 weeks. At time of booking where delivery address is provided, they don't mention they don't deliver, but it's in the fine print that they reserve the right to change, without notice their delivery areas. I will never ever use them again, I would rather pay more and know I will get my delivery and will be notifying my suppliers to do the same. It has been the worst experience of my life, they hold my delivery to ransom, pick it up or it goes back to where it came from, which as it was dropped to their depot there, means it will sit on their shelf and I have wasted my money. Not happy Jan. Oh and they are not beyond lying to protect themself.

I received a text to advise they do not deliver to my area. Message left to phone the local Rockhampton Depot. After pressing buttons I get to speak to a lady in the Philippines. She proceeds to tell me that without the con note she cannot help me. I have quite a few outstanding parcel orders so how am I supposed to give her the Con note number. I have previously been able to phone the local Branch directly and advise to deliver the parcel to the Caves General Store. How hard can it be.
