Total and complete failure, I paid express delivery for a phone as I am remote and they claim to have been and no one was home. i have not left for over a week waiting for this delivery. I ring toll and they say it will be delivered today, now they say next week.

Absolute terrible service from TOLL Albury Wodonga. I had a delivery that was “attempted to be delivered” however I was home the whole day and NO ONE tried knocking on the door or ringing our front door bell. However they leave a card in the mail saying “sorry we missed you”. How can you “miss” someone when you don’t even try to knock on the front door to delivery the item that we paid to be delivered. Terrible service. Not the first time this has happened with this company. I then got it ‘redelivered’ and yet again received a “sorry we missed you”, on another day I was home ALL day and no one attempted to knock on the door. Just terrible service

Absolutely disgusted!! Why buy something online and PAY FOR SHIPPING when it’s not delivered!! Yesterday I witnessed the Toll delivery driver put a card in my mailbox without checking to see if anyone was home! I called the local centre and they say if you received a card, no one was home!! I call hogwash!! Never use Toll…..

They don't deserve a star at all and it annoys me I have to select 1. Absolutely TERRIBLE business! After having a bad experience EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY from these guys over the years I have reached the end of my tether. My package has sat in there depot for a week now because they insist on delivery when I am picking my kids up from school and they refuse to redeliver at any other time. But I didn't know they refused to redeliver because they never contacted me. I had to find out from the international hotline after I rescheduled my whole work day so I could watch the front door while working form the dining table. I now have to take time out of my work day to cross the border to pick up my package from their Albury depot tomorrow but ONLY when they have had time to 'prepare' my package and send me an sms with permission to go pick it up. They shouldn't be in business. THEY CANNOT DELIVER and they are a DELIVERY business. Horrendous!
