All call to you are sent over seas. This is so frustrating when you can't even speak to some one here in Australia... lift your game TOLL. over $400 parcel from officeworks no where to be found. No one to call no local number and number listed here is not connected. Absolutely fuming 😤 bring back jobs to Australia. Will do what ever I can to never use TOLL again

I had a TV sent from Victoria to the Gold Coast the main carrier was Toll ,The TV arrived in the Toll depot on the Gold Coast at 8.30 am on the proposed day of delivery. However for some reason the TV was transfered to the local IPEC carriers, This caused another unnecessary delay of 24 hours for our delivery,I have no idea why Toll transfered this shipment to IPEC for delivery instead of delivering it themselves as intended,I know IPEC is in partnership with Toll but obviously this transfer was unnecessary. The TV took 6days to get to the Gold Coast and 7 days for delivery

I have been on the phone for 4 hours!!! No one knows what they are doing and as soon as you ask them a question they can't answer they hang up. Very unprofessional. I'm sure the drivers work extremely hard, if only they knew how the customer services (and I use the term very lightly) are letting them down.

I have spent over six hours trying to contact this company regarding a delivery. The call centre was no help. It is impossible to speak to someone locally or in australia.
