Without a doubt the worst delivery company to use...parcels returned to depot..but then there is no way to find the location or contact details of the depot...only an overseas operator that knows nothing...just one simple phone call or email from the supposedly non- existant depot or delivery driver for my $160 delivery charge would solve the whole issue...only gave one star because its not possible to give 0.

They took the money for a service that was not delivered. 21 phone calls not one reply, they never scanned the item now its my problem... When I build my energy up I will do everything I can to waste there time....up yours TNT

If i could rate them any lower, i would. I wasted 2 days just to receive my delivery. It got sent back both the times because the driver didnt let me know he was there. No knock to the door or call. Called the call center literally 6 times just to hear robotic answers from the operators stating policy and procedures which honestly did not make sense to me. Regardless, i asked them how can we fix the issue and no reply and said thats the policy. Cant get through to there depot too as if its fort knox. Will never use this company again.

Terrible experience got notified that the delivery would be at 17:00 driver was earlier 13:00, with no Notification to say he would be, had the front door opened and screen door shut so the driver would know that someone was home, and the house isn’t a big house so if he called out I would of heard them, like I do with every other delivery company I deal with, so now after wasted a day waiting for something that I now have to go get from there depo tomorrow

Very disappointing, tracking details 3 days old and said delivered before 9am today ( Thursday)and its now 1413. Left Brisbane Monday !!!!!! Sat on phone and finally a VERY APOLOGETIC operator put in a request for Cairns depot to ring me before 1600. They were as helpful as they could be, and I explained that they were not one whom I was disappointed with. Very poor service and even worst tracking software. Will not be recommending this company or service to anyone. I understand there are personal shortages in all businesses, but most manage to get the job done and not use excuses for poor service. PS We are a small business and this has affected us and our employee's and we are the ones paying for a service that you say you can supply. DON'T ADVERTISE A DELIEVERY TIME AND THEN DONT DELIEVER

ABSOLUTE WORST EVER FREIGHT NEVER NEVER EVER USE THEM 2 PACKAGES TO SAME ADDRESS SAY DELIVERED. NEVER WAS DELIVERED AND IT SAYS SIGNED OFF BY ME AND I DON'T HAVE PACKAGES??????? CURRENTLY STILL BATTLING TO LOCATE PACKAGES. NEVER EVER WILL USE THEM AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE I DIDN'T REQUEST TO USE THEM AS ONLINE PURCHASE. ANY FUTURE ONLINE PURCHASES I WILL REQUEST TNT NOT BE USED. I'D RATHER JUMP IN ANOTHER FREIGHTERS TRUCK AND DRIVE ACROSS THE COUNTRY FOR FREE TO COLLECT PURCHASES

I received the text about a package arriving today replied 2 to be delivered been waiting all morning and my neighbour has just come over and said that was left at my door he has 17 written on his house I have 19 on mine so I need the products over the weekend and there is no local number to tell them about there bungle and there is only an automated 1300 and now I have to wait till Tuesday for a redelivery due to there stuff up what a joke.

This is the worst freight service in Australia. There is no Cairns phone number only a 13...... number which is a computer ( fake service ) TNT expect I sit at home for 8 hours waiting for delivery. TNT rang me twice , sent text, and email to just ask me my home address but I can not ring TNT and talk to a person I have to full out forms giving away my details to a person I do not know in order to get my parcel, who pays me top do this, TNT have been paid to deliver a parcel. Because I was at work and not at home TNT should ring me and make arrangements to deliver at a time and place that I require because TNT have been paid to deliver.

This would have to be the most useless freight company I have ever used. Advised me it would be delivered, I then called back and was told it wouldn't be delivered until the next day and I was not allowed to pick it up. HORRIBLE SERVICE OVER THE PHONE.

I was at home all day today waiting for my parcel to arrive, went to check mail box, found a card "sorry we missed you" again, that is not the first time. How lazy they are to not even come to your front door, just through a card into your mailbox to let you go collect yourself. Terrible service!!!

Every time I've had delivery by TNT it's been difficult. Sorry we missed you card is hopeless. No pick up address on card and a glitchy online process that didn't help at all. Really crappy service.

I missed the delivery on the 5/10/17 got the SORRY WE MISSED YOU card, then arranged for the redelivery. Waited for it till 9/10/17, nothing, so I rang the 13 11 50 number and got a new delivery date of 11/10/17 . I'm not holding my breath. I receive a few deliveries each week and in future I will be stipulating that it not be delivered by TNT. It has been the worst service I have ever had.

I received an email today notifying me of a pickup for my work account. It read please contact depot to arrange collection date and time; No contact number, call 13 number and Sharon was most unhelpful. There is no number, then there was we just cant give it out. Have no idea of size of the product but its 14kgs so it should fit in your car. No size length width. Seriously these people deal with packages all day long and the basics they miss. Can I have it redirected, I will send an email.... Seriously why even answer the phone. Read your reviews and understand customer service. Is this worth my hour drive from Port Douglas to find they have lunch breaks when I get there! Frustrated at best...

I had a parcel sent up via express it arrived on a Thursday but I missed it which was fine I rang the number to arrange a pick up time the lady said 'oh you don't have to do anything the driver will come to your house tomorrow around the same time' so I waited at home ALL DAY no driver came .. then I arranged a pick up day online for Monday and it didn't arrive Monday .. so now apparently the best the can do is organise something for 2days time! Can't even give me the number to call the depot to see if I can pick it up instead

I had to give them a star to write this but wouldn't even give them that! Why is there no contact number for the Cairns area!! Our parcel marked urgent has taken 6 days to arrive from when it was ordered from Melbourne. We are contracted to do a job within a time frame and now we are behind.

I had an urgent parcel picked up from Cairns on Friday 24th February and sent overnight Airfreight Express to Sydney for delivery on Monday 27th for a rescue boat on a Cruise Ship. Some idiot in Cairns at TNT decided to put the freight general road service. It will not reach Sydney now until 2nd March and will force the delay of the ship sailing, ruining a couple of thousand guests holiday and the loss of a very important contract with the Cruise Line to my company. The service is atrocious and disgraceful. But they're sorry - do not ever use TNT. They are useless and the worst transport service providers in Australia.
