In doing so, we use premium products including BlueScope roofing and rain water goods, Cyclonic metal batteries, whirlybirds, skylights and insulation when doing gutter and roof replacement and repairs in Rockhampton. To maximise safety while doing roof work and plumbing service, we utilise top-of-the-line equipment such as G-rail edge protection, Alum trestles and planks, as well as other roof safety equipment. I was impressed when TLC turned up on time. Then was given a quote in a fair time. That’s where the good customer service stopped. I rang and left a message, waited a couple of days, tried again and again. I also emailed them thinking that they were not getting my messages. Still no response. I thought that I would give them one more chance after a week of trying and he answered. I told him that I had wanted to go with him but had put in a bad review that I would retract. He was happy with that. He said that he would be able to do my job within the month. I pulled my car up to retract the bad review when Tony rang and told me ‘don’t retract it, I don’t want to do it’ and hung up. I am now happy as I don’t want someone with a bad temper working on my roof. Win win.

First to respond and supply quote. An a absolute darling to deal with. Wasn't the cheapest quote nor the dearsest but like they say, you get what you pay. Thanks for a great job TLC! Would highly recommend this business!
