Our mobile showroom allows us to cater to clients throughout the Northern Rivers region. We have been in business since 1999, ensuring the highest quality customer service and products. despite waiting 7 days for estimate, plus calling by phone because i was told the estimate would be around 48 hrs, phoning 4 days later and being assured estimates where ready and would be sent, I am met with a deafening silence. OK they don’t want my custom, at least the courtesy of telling me so would be appreciated. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The quote had been sent to you via email, and when we called you to follow up on what you thought of our detailed quote we found that your email address was missing a letter, so your quote hadn't come through to you. I recently had shutters installed in my home. I highly recommend Timber Tec. An awsome job. The young man who installed them was professional, friendly, and was punctual. The quality was 1st class. They also installed shutters for me about a year ago. Once again a great job. The shutters look just as new as the day they were fitted.
