Extremely disappointed with Tidemates. Communication was terrible from start to finish. My calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, despite multiple attempts to follow up. I was explicitly advised that they would attend the property at certain times, but they simply didn’t show up. No notice, no explanation, and no response afterward. This left me scrambling at the last minute and caused unnecessary stress. Reliability and communication are essential for bond cleaning services, and unfortunately Tidemates failed on both counts. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
