We had a failure with Fujitsu split Air con unit a few months out of warranty & Thermal Air was recommended to attend. They diagnosed the problem quickly & Fujitsu accepted our claim for an extended warranty in order for the part to be ordered & the repair carried out at no cost to us. Thermal Air proved to be super efficient & repair was effected on receipt of part to avoid further loss of sleep in very hot summer.!! Would always use in future.*****

We have used Thermal prior to this call out and they were very good Thank you Elliot . Last week we called out Thermal ( we do live in an apartment ) and our a/ c was not working . Initially told that a replacement part would be 10 weeks away . Thermal sent Richard to work his magic and get our a/c working . We understand that we will need to replace this unit in a few months but at the very least we have the ability to cool down over Xmas .I have a medical condition that needs a/c over hot months , so am very grateful for the outcome . I want to add that Richard was an absolute delight and worked beyond the call of duty to get the unit repaired . A true professional and and employee to be proud of . x

Highly recommend Elliott and his fabulous team after a recent installation of a Daikan ducted system. From the quote, to the end product I have only positive feedback, including a very competitive quote. The guys who installed the system worked so hard (on an extremely hot day) and retained their sense of professionalism and sense of humour at all times.
