First up , came in with my 3 pair of ankle boots, all soles came off due to cairns climate, sad to hear Couldnt be clues back. Appriciate an honest expertise opinion. Second my special request, to make a total new leather boot, my design. Very nice welcoming family obviously expertise in this business through the generations. I belief I stayed a bit long talking about beautiful genuine leather items and I belief kept them of theyre work ( sorry ), yet they stayed friendly! Thank you ! The staff, a father and daughter, were extremely rude. I went in ready to buy and walked out without buying and feeling very offended. Worst customer service. I will not go back.
