Super impressed with every touch point with The Tank Factory and I adore my two big tanks. Wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who delivered; he was awesome and the site was difficult. Team work with him, me and 3 of my builders had them off the truck and down under the house, 5 meters in the air, like a magic wand was waved 🙏✨💗 Great communication post payment, and delivery was quicker than expected. Really tried to go local with all aspects of my build where possible, and The Tank Factory were the closest direct supplier to Maclean. Lx

From date of order the email confirmation, and delivery correspondence was first rate. I had access issues due to rain event, but this posed no problems to the team. The delivery driver was great, knew how to handle the tanks efficiently and got stuck in. The tank finish, rigidity, and fittings are great. Superior to another tank brand we purchased last year. If your thinking of a cost competitive tank, I recommend these guys, better product with great customer support- the win win we are all looking for. Paul
