I am 84 years old and have worked with a few accountants but I would have to put Paul among the efficient and pleasant ones to have done tax return work for me. You will find that he will only make honest returns which to me is very pleasing and his staff are polite and helpful. He is also very quick completing my returns, a major advantage.
