About The Sitting Wombat
The Sitting Wombat is a locally owned independent book shop located in the picturesque beachside town of Forster Tuncurry on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Books are our passion and we have a great love for childrens books. We stock a huge range suitable for babies through to young adults and beyond. Our strong desire is to encourage all children of all ages to love books and discover the magical worlds that can be discovered through the love of reading. We cater for the romantic, thriller, sci-fi fanatic etc that can be found in all of us and therefore stock a fantastic range of fiction new releases and best sellers as well as a great range of non-fiction books for the bio, gardening, cooking, surfing, sport fanatic lovers.
