Or we make an unsightly pile of garden waste until there is enough for a decent load to the tip. Phil takes the time to understand your requirements and is very obliging. Phil installs rubbish bags which he empties on a regular basis. Phil is more than happy to take bulk loads of rubbish and has delivered the odd load of mulch for me. Phil is very competitive with his charges when compared with others ( which you have to load yourself ).
