The Royal Cafe Bundaberg

I am a regular customer at this venue but today was my last. Waiting for my omelette I had a good view of the sandwich bar, I was shocked to see the owner making sandwiches with his bare hands, straight into the lettuce, then grated carrot, and others, with no gloves, the worst was his bare hands into the beetroot, he then asked a staff member to get more Beetroot from the cool storage, she appeared with a 4 litre icecream container of Beetroot, her bare hands went into the container and filled the little sandwich bar container, no gloves and no tongs. My girlfriend suggested we go to silly sollies to buy some food safe gloves as the establishment obviously can't afford them, I just laughed and said that's the last time we visit The Royal Cafe.

I grab a sandwich from The Royal for lunch almost everydays. Can't wait for my next Chicken, Salad and Asparagus Sanga..The Ladies who work there are absolutely lovely, always friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem!
