The Project Lab

The Project Lab began in 2013 when a collective of independent change makers and project professionals formed with the belief that working together would have a bigger impact on our world than continuing as individuals. We were right and we have seen a healthy growth of capacity, skills, experience and knowledge in our team over the decade that followed. We are Tasmanian. We exist to make Tasmania the most liveable island in the world, to help realise the potential of Tasmania through empowering and equipping Tasmanian organisations with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
