Love this shop. Best selection of fruit & veges & the prices are better than the big supermarkets. But my favorites are the dips & cheeses. So good!!

A pack of lychees was incorrectly labeled with the net price stating $0.30. When the operator realised she requested that I get another pack off the shelf. Even after I informed her that they are required to sell it at the price stated on the label, she refused to abide by the law and insisted I get another pack.

Good afternoon Braz, sorry for you issue in store with the pre packed Lychees and being labelled incorrectly. We have just had a discussion with the staff member who explained it all to us about what occurred. Unfortunately the product was labelled incorrectly in the first place & our service staff was unsure of what is required in this situation. All staff have been briefed about the issue & the expectation of what is required by our business & law. Thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated.
