I had a blocked water tank pipe. When Kody came out, he was courteous, professional and helpful with all questions asked. He knew what was wrong and completed the job quickly and cleaned the site once finished. I would recommend The Plumbing and Electrical Doctor anytime.

ad problems with leaking cisterns and taps. Geoff arrived on time to explain what needed to be done and gave quote. Within 2 hours of accepting quote, Vance came to replace cisterns and fix taps. Both provided friendly and efficient service. I'm very happy with the work done.

We had a blocked sewer pipe so my wife called the Plumbing Doctor to get it fixed. The plumber spent couple hours trying to unblock it, charged $749 for his time, told my wife he'll have to come back again to fix it, it will cost at $6,500 to fix it, asked for $1,000 deposit, and convinced her to join their club, pay $199. I was very shocked he charged $749 without fixing the blocked pipe and couldn't even give us a definite quote so I contacted couple other plumbers. The lowest quote we got from other plumbers was fixed $4,500 to completely fix the problem so we booked the other plumber. I called and cancelled Plumbing Doctor and was offered a fixed $4,500 quote to match cheaper quote. I refused their offer because I didn't want to deal with them anymore so I asked for our deposit back and was told the deposit will come within 3 days. However it took over a month of calling them every few days to get our deposit back. Extremely disappointing with their workmanship and servi

$270 later and the plumbing doctor could not diagnose my water heater problem. Only interested in selling me a $2000 to $4000 water heater. Never again, would never recommend.

They completely took advantage of my wifes lack of knowledge on how long their task would take, $450 for 40 mins work. Never will I use this company again

They signed up my pensioner Parents offering heavily discounted rates. Did not provide a written quote and the work they charged $850.00 for I had quoted by at least 2 other plumbers for under $600.00. totally overpriced considering this was supposed to be a heavily discounted rate. Advise you look elsewhere and save money.

I asked them to replace two simple light fittings, both of which I had already purchased. He also hard wired a smoke alarm, and spent most of the time trying to upsell other things to my wife, total cost almost $900.00. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they are ridiculously overpriced!

Hi Plumbing & Electrical Doctor, I have taken your service to fix my hot water tank. The guy gave me a number of options also different prices for member or non-member. After looking through the options, I have decided to replace my hot water tank. My decision was based on the different options of fixing it versus replacing it. After the completion of the job, I just realise that all options are actually overprice. I ended up replacing my hot water tank and paid over $2000 which I found out it is over price by about $1000 . After the old one has been removed and the new one put in, I found out the new tank does not have the same brand as my original one. When I asked, the guy said it is because my original one is more expensive so it is replaced with a cheaper brand. There are many issues with the service. Firstly, all options given are overly priced. I am sure I can get a lot cheaper service somewhere else I have read reviews from people and companies who replace and install.

Don't use! Way overpriced by $600-$800 compared to 3 other quotes and they will try and sign you up to their "discount program", add another couple hundred dollars!!
