My wife, myself and now our new baby all go to Hervey Bay Family Practice and we all get great, professional treatment. All the Doctors and staff have been friendly and very helpful to our needs. 3 years later we are Happy Patients. (I pop into my app for the ph number every time, typical Bloke I guess)

I've just called to make an appointment, but they are closed ... on Wednesday at 2:55pm! Only message for number of after hours number. No message saying what their opening hours are or when they will be open again. Sounds like they don't encourage patients. Not very good patient service. Most disappointed.
