Jess rocks. She gave me some boxing inners when I didn’t have mine today! The best thing I did was walk into her gym. Nothing here is too much trouble, and you always feel welcome. When I’m half asleep at 6 am, I still love seeing Carly’s happy face!

This gym is awesome! The atmosphere is excellent, and you feel like you’re part of one big family because their clients and staff are all so friendly! Jess is amazing. She pushes you to be your very best. She even tied my shoelaces up once.
