The Green Oasis is a peaceful, supportive space for women to rest, mourn and heal as they go through life transitions, grief or loss. With my training & experience, I accompany you with great care, non-judgement and empathy as you come to terms with what has happened or is happening in your life. Change involves a loss of our old life and crossing into the new, leaving you feeling unsure of your next step. This is when an experienced therapist, steadying and guiding you on your journey, could help. We work together, finding the right path for you to become more at ease with the changes in your life, finding a way forward, one step at a time. Life changes - relationship changes, changes in health, physical ability or wellbeing, loss of someone you love or a companion animal, retirement/sea/tree changes, moving home/renovating, becoming a carer, aging/dementia, 'milestones'/big birthdays/getting married/changing career, loss of your job, loss of life motivation or identity.
