Thanks to Sue who helped me out with a new fridge, toaster and kettle. Sue was very patient, thorough, professional and a really nice person :) and wow delivery next day for the fridge! The delivery guys were great too. Early morning check on details an approximate time for delivery (Omg!!), checkin when 5 minutes away, very courteous with quick set up and help with old fridge. Thank you all!!

When are HR finally going to step in and address the enormous amount of one star reviews piling up on this platform. When did it become best practice to ignore and even antagonise customers. I paid $95 for Gold Concierge warranty and it is pointless. You cannot sell electronic goods that are not fit for purpose if you are not prepared to accept the fact that the product may be faulty and you will need to replace it with another product ASAP in order to comply with regulatory requirements. HR please advise if you are concerned about this.

I had the most perplexing experience with a staff member calling out to me loudly, “Go on walk away! As I walked away in disbelief at his inability to express any customer service skills whatsoever. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and smirk at my 16 year old daughter and other customers who was standing near us. I cannot believe how this is happening to people who are returning customers I am disgusted and will Never be a customer of the Good Guys Warrawong ever again

I went to purchase a television that is advertised on sale. After scanning the tv area for well over half an hour I found the tv I wanted to purchase. I left the store empty handed as I couldn’t see any floor staff to help me. A competitor has the same deal. Hope there service is better

Happy to take my money but not happy to help when returning faulty products. Asked tme ome into store and I did Asked to wait in computer/IT section which I did for over 15mins finally saw someone come over but he said he was busy and won't be long. Well another 15mins went by and no one. Yet I had my father in the car who is unwell and can't be left alone for long periods which I relayed to the lady a the Pay Counter but made no difference. I went in this afternoon and no help whatsoever, no let's help file a faults report or empathy or compassion shown considering I had purchased product on 24/10/22 and we are now what 29/01/23 4 months !!! So it looks like they sold me soon to expire ink cartridges and Manager Selena basically called me a liar. Her attitude was uncalled for and made no effort to offer any help all I got from her was "what do you want me to do" and how do I know what your saying is true. Like who speaks to customers like this. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

I went to the store in Warrawong and spent 350$ and they told me that I would get 70$ of store credit back. I have never received the money and it is impossible to talk to someone about it. I should have read the reviews before going there.

Bought 50" Hisense TV about a month ago, salesperson Daniel McKeown was so helpful and patient with my barrage of questions .. being a senior and with limited knowledge of smart TVs I asked lots of questions, Daniel was very kind and informative .. couldn't have asked for better service, thank you Daniel 😊

Purchase a Bosch Athlet Zoo's Pro Animal Handstick Vacuum 25.2 volt today. Service at Good Guy Warrawong was excellent. The Product also excellent, what was advertised was correct. In comparison to my Bissell Pet Vacuum Electric, had constant blockages, difficult to clear, heavy and awkward, vacuum marked skirting boards etc. Bosch, had not vacuumed for 3 days, I have a Siberian Huskie, no blockages, easy to empty, light, no problems with battery life, finish whole unit, still had battery life. Did not even use the pet hair brush and the suction was great, on Turbo it lifted the edges of my carpet square. Recommend product

Dreadful Customer Service. Have spent $1000s at this store. After last debacle of shopping instore - when sales staff run the other way from customers. You can be left for 30 mins trying to speak to someone - and no one around. We then decided to order online. 85inch TV turned up - NO soundbar. Was told they had called me and I turned down the offer of floor stock - NEVER HAPPENED, Then tried to deal with Michael - dreadful attitude / condescending manner, and Katherine - who just kept call me "mate" after offering me an "upgrade" of a CHEAPER soundbar. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve waited a week before leaving a negative review to give myself time to calm down but my review hasn’t changed. I purchased a washing machine on the Friday and organised delivery for the next day (Saturday). The salesperson arranged for the delivery men to remove a dryer from the old washer and after installation, replace it on top of the new washer. Everything was cleared for ease of delivery. Side passage and only one step into the laundry. Delivery man was totally rude, mumbling about trying to teach him his job when my husband suggested he might like to unwrap the machine around the back instead on the road. Then complaining that they don’t usually have to remove dryers and replace them, even though it was printed on our docket. I emailed the store but have had no acknowledgement. In our seventies and having received many deliveries over the years, this attitude was a first. Would never purchase an item from Good Guys which would require delivery.

I bought a fridge online from the good guys Warrawong store. After my payment processed only then did I get notified that the fridge I had purchased was actually on back order. I called the store and was told “sometime in June”. When I asked for a clearer timeframe I was told I’d get a call back. I didn’t. That happened FOUR more times where I wasn’t called back until I requested a manager. Then I get told of a totally reasonable delay that I could have been told the weeks prior to stop me wasting my time calling them when they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. Just before delivery, which I paid $75 for , I called to confirm what that included - they will unbox your fridge for you but they won’t plug it is because it’s a plumbed fridge, you’ll need a plumber. Long story short they didn’t even do that. Brought it inside and left. I had to hire a trolley to get it out of a thick plastic tray it was sitting in, after I’d cut it out of the cardboard. Worst experience. Avoid them!

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service here today. We came in to buy a Dyson Hot & Cold fan. The only customers in this section and we are ignored by the salesman. When he eventually came over to us we asked to be shown how the fan operates & he said he couldn’t demonstrate the product because Dyson have a display setup that doesn’t work properly. Really..... We took our money down the road who helped us immediately with a smile and could not have been more helpful
