Just had an occasion to return a faulty sat and pepper grider with restrictions at the door. The guy who immediately saw our arrival could not have been more pleasant polite and helpful. Just unreal service. Thank you. Covid is not pleasant but all of a sudden we the public seem to have a value as a customer. Very well done Good Guys in Port.

Brett was welcoming, friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help me find the products that best suited my needs. Brett and all of the Team Members were friendly and happy to help, what a welcome change to my experiences with other retailers.
