These Guys are just fantastic. I ordered some radios online but rather than go to Bundy they were sent to Hervey Bay. Rather than go thru a rather lengthy process to get them they were able to send them direct to me. THIS SORT OF SERVICE TO ME IS ABOVE AND BEYOND. I recommend them highly.

Never buy a laptop specially not Dell from Goodguys Pialba, Hervey Bay. Brady their computer Sale guy will talk you to buy their worst product.When I return it within two days of purchase for battery and speaker great fault,he told me with an angry tone "anyway you didnt really want to buy this laptop in the first place". I was shocked at his angery response and asking me what's my job and that he is the IT expert at the shop. Very disrespectful to customer, very angry with customers and horrible laptops.

The service offered at Good Guy's was shameful. I waited Two weeks to get a TV that was an advertised special, being told everyday i went in that it should have been there. I was given many excuses, and no solution could or would they come up with. I had payed for the TV and still they could not produce that TV for me. I eventially phoned a store in Brisbane and arranged for my sister to bring it up with her. It was a gift and the persons birthday has been and gone. I am very disgusted in the service given and so was the manager of the Brisbane store. Shame on the Good Guys Hervey Bay Store.

Went into store last Sunday only two other customers in the store (a couple who were being served), Four employees standing at the counter talking, we walked around for 10 minutes and nobody came to see if we needed any assistance, walked out of store passed the group and still no acknowledgement. I rang to complain and was put on to a Manager who was one of the group of four. We try to buy local but will be getting appliances on line from now on
