The Good Guys Darwin

Appalling. Ordered $4,000 worth of goods two week a go and specified October 13 as the delivery date. Everything was in stock and I paid for it all online at the time of placing the order. The day before delivery (tomorrow) I get a call saying the television wasn't available for the delivery tonorrow. When I asked how could it not be available given it was in-stock when I ordered it (I rang and checked) and why they were calling me the day before the delivery the lady conceded they sold it even though it was reserved for delivery. The lady couldn't give me an ETA or provide a solution so now I have to go into store and have the fight. Given other reviews of a similar nature they really don't have their logistics and warehouse sorted. The lady was very pleasant but could not tell me anything other than it was sold and "sorry". No offer of a call from someone that can provide solutions or a time frame. Appalling.

Sorry this store very bad for sevice. When my washing machine spin that clicking very noise, I already book for sevice 2 time but they always tell me waiting for 48 hours. Not good, that not fare when we buy something new one they always tell the customer buy insurance and after we used the washing machine have problem they never come back for sevice. I bought 3 years insurance and my washing machine used only last year.

Ordered item online . Was called to told none in stock . No apologies just said I could wait and be told when it would be in stock or cancel . No customer care No other options offered . No information given about when I will be refunded has to ask . Poor service ! And update your stock so customer don’t buy online !

Fantastic service. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly and I will definitely be doing all my electronic shopping here from now on! Also discovered these guys were the cheapest in Darwin for the items I wanted.
