Terrible service! Bought a dishwasher for my rental property over the phone was assured by the salesperson that they had 3 in stock. Arranged with my access with my tenants, and when my plumber turned up to pick up the dishwasher they told him they had sold out. That cost $120 call out fee! Took 9 phone calls to get onto some one in white goods, got left on hold and hung up on 3 times. Had to install a white model which was cheaper but in stock. Then had issues with the machine, 4 phone calls later spoke to a manager, and was told my plumber had probably installed it wrong and I would have to pay a call out fee for their service people to look at it. Then had to chase my refund on the cheaper model which apparently has to go through head office! Would give negative rating if possible!

I know i can always rely on the good guys for a great customer service if I'm after an electrical appliance, there is always someone friendly and helpful coming over to serve you as soon as you walk in the door, no having to go looking for service here.. Staff are all knowledgeable on their equipment also which is always helpful, and makes the visit quick and easy

Just love coming to the good guys for all my appliances, they always provide me with the best service you just do not get anywhere else these days, the staff are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on their stock which is always helpful when your looking at purchasing something and have questions, they can always answer. They have a great range of quality brands, and for competitive prices. Will not go anywhere else.

Always a great service from the helpful staff here, this is by far the best appliance shop in town. They are always cheapest and staff are always helpful answering any questions you have. My preferred electrical shop are the Good Guys!

Staff were so helpful and were straight over to give me assistance when i walked into the store. They were very knowledgeable on the different machines (washing machines) and could tell me a lot about their functions etc.. Wasn't trying to sell me an un nessasary machine that i didnt need, and was super helpful. Have come here and purchased different products and appliances on many occasions over the years and the service always remains the same, i am always very satisfied with the service and prices and would not shop anywhere else for my electrical appliances.

Great service from sales staff and delivery guys who went out of their way to ensure my air conditioning unit was in the position I wanted it. Prompt efficient and professional service from start to finish. As always, the price was sensational!!
