I went to the Good Guys at East Maitland today and wanted to say what great service I received. Daniel was the gentleman who served me and he was so helpful and patient, he not only gave me the product I needed but drew me a diagram of how to set up my system correctly. A big thank you to Daniel

Although in the past I have found the service at Good Guys excellent, twice now I have been to your store at east Maitland and would of walked out if I had not of asked for assistance. It appears the last time I was at your store there was no one to give service - customers want to be served. As I work in retail I know this and although you got a sale from me I doubt whether I will be back because I don't expect to be waiting 15 minutes to get some service.
