So VERY VERY disappointed. Bought heater online for delivery today. Toll came n left a note in my open screen door to say I wasn't home. What a joke! Door open. Dogs barking. By the time I got to the door from a mere 10 mtres away, 5 seconds, note left saying pick up from toll depot....Monday morning, so I have NO heater all wkend.NEVER buying from good guys again!

Shopped at Good Guys a couple of weeks back for new stereo's. I was very disappointed when the check out ladies stopped for a 5 minute chat amongst themselves. Told them if happens again I will just walk out. Which, today 1345 hrs, I did, when it happened again. Abysmal service. I will not be back. Totally ignored my wife and I both times. Floor staff were very good.

Visited coffs good guys to purchase a fridge done all research online so I new what I want very little staff on the floor so went to the desk paid for it and was out of there in five minutes. Fridge arrived next day was slight damage they replaced it the next day. Very happy with there service on the replacement. Week before purchase a coffee machine staff were very pleasant to deal with negotiated a price sealed deal would recommend coffs good guys ill be back👍
