At The Dance Affinity, we are dedicated to providing a world-class dance and performing arts education to the Wollongong and Illawarra communities. Founded by Teagan Huntsdale in 2017, our studio offers a wide range of dance styles for dancers of all levels and ages, taught by experienced and highly qualified dance and teaching staff. Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of individuals through providing valuable, supportive, and inspiring dance experiences that excel the dancers' technique and abilities. We believe that our supportive and positive environment, combined with our exceptional dance training, is the formula for developing outstanding dance technique and a lifelong love of dance. Our nurturing approach helps to foster strong relationships between students, teachers, and families, making The Dance Affinity more than just a dance studio, but a supportive and welcoming community. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including custom-built dance rooms with sprung floors, mirrors, air conditioning, and fans, as well as a large private car park and comfortable waiting room, provide the perfect setting for students to develop their dance skills and flourish. We believe that our commitment to excellence, both in dance education and in providing a supportive community, sets us apart from other dance studios. At The Dance Affinity, we are proud to have been recognized as a leader in the dance community, with Teagan Huntsdale being named "Young Business Woman of the Year" by the Illawarra Women in Business in 2020 and a finalist for the "Outstanding Young Business Leader" at the IMB Bank Business Awards in 2022.
