Meal was nice but the service was not the best for a restaurant. It is supposed to be upmarket restaurant and you should not have to pour your own drinks like wine or water for the price you pay.

Went for a nice meal, food was ok, service rubbish, was rude when serving food, and then upon receipt of payment for the meal, told me it had not gone through, when in actual fact she had double billed me. very ordinary service.

The Church on Palmer is a local Mackay restaurant serving up contemporary cuisine in a great atmosphere.

Our restaurant caters to a large range of tastes and dietary requirements, using fresh produce with everything made on premises. We pride ourselves on providing an efficient and professional service, while ensuring a relaxed dining experience.

The Church on Palmer opened its doors on 1st July 2001. Owned and operated by husband and wife team Diane and Stephen Grech, since its conception. Stephen being the chef and Diane running the front of house, has insured a consistency in both the standard of food and the service, for which The Church on Palmer has become known for.

Our aim is to provide consistent high quality food, using fresh ingredients, along with high quality friendly service, to ensure a relaxed yet memorable dining experience.
