The Cheesecake Shop Bundaberg started with just one store in the inner-west Sydney suburb of Rozelle in 1991 and has now grown to be an international success with over 225 cake bakeries and over 2000 employees across Australia and New Zealand. Nearly all of our shops are independently owned and operated by skilled franchisees, most of which have been with us for many years. The franchised structure of the business together with the disciplined procedures and recipes helped create a consistency of quality that has led to 'The Cheesecake Shop Bundaberg' brand achieving exceptionally strong consumer awareness and preference.

I ordered a profiterole birthday cake for my mother's 80th birthday party. When I picked it up it was personalised with Happy Birthday and her name, and I thought it looked spectacular. Every single person at the party passed comment on how fabulous it looked, AND how wonderful it tasted. I would have no hesitation in recommending the shop, the cake and their staff to anyone wanting a beautiful cake, at a reasonable price, involving no stress, with outstanding 'wow' factor! Thank you so much!

I purchased a cheesecake from the cheesecake shop last Saturday night and to my disappointment it was stale and the cream was not fresh. Is there new owners in this shop??
