I would happily recommend Trav to anyone. Whether it is for help dealing with relationship issues, average life dilemmas or just a friendly shoulder to lean on. Trav is extremely generous with his time, considerate, well thought out, a brilliant listener and understanding regarding all that I have put towards him! These traits are amongst probably one hundred other positives that I have failed to mention here. I have continued to catch up with Trav and will do so even once I have passed through the issues that made me initiate first contact with The Catharsis Soceity. Great bloke, good friend and all round gentleman!!

Travis isn’t your normal type of therapist that sits there and half listens to you babble while writing stuff down in a book with the odd nod and “mmmm hmmm” thrown in for effect! Travis actually helps you get to the root of your issues and interacts with you, he’s helped me to see and acknowledge things I didn’t realise were affecting me and work through a lot of life’s struggles. I’m truly grateful to him. Few people have a gift to actually help people and he’s one of them.
