Can we change our dates if we are unable to make the day we booked for?
Yes, we will do our very best to accommodate a new date for you to visit us. We will need to check our availability and we would require 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Can I choose to do just 1 of the attractions when I visit?
Yes, you may choose to do just one of our attractions however keep in mind that you will receive a discount if you choose to do 3 or more so have a look at our activity guide before you make your final decision! Individual tickets are NOT available to purchase online. They can be purchased on the day you visit from Big Banana staff at your chosen attraction or the Main Ticket Office.
